About Jim

Jim Sacarello was raised and has lived in the Northwest Tampa area for over 50 years, and he has been a full-time realtor since November 1982. Jim has been married to the beautiful Marlene Sacarello for over 20 years and now has two wonderful adult stepchildren. Jim is a licensed broker associate in the State of Florida and currently markets and sells residential homes. His geographical concentrations are mostly in (basically Northwest Tampa): • Countryway • Westchase • Carrollwood • Odessa • Lutz • Town-N-Country • Baycrest • South Pasco County • Eastern Pinellas County Depending on a client’s needs, Jim certainly is able to expand his services, as these are within a few miles from his office (located in the Westchase Commons complex). Jim prides himself on being very detailed in his working relationships and in achieving the best outcome for his clients. He maintains electronic and other systems to ensure a highly efficient work environment. His professional goals are to answer all phone calls at the time they are received unless he is in an appointment and to return all text messages, e-mails, and voicemail messages as timely as possible. The ultimate objective is to update buyers and sellers continually and courteously throughout the transaction process. He also had successfully completed courses in real estate appraisal, home building, and ethics training, and he has attended numerous other training courses and seminars during his over 35 years in the real estate sector. Jim is a member of the Greater Tampa Board of Realtors and a long-standing member of the National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.). He is highly experienced in real estate investment strategies, purchase and sale of vacant land, residential homes and condominiums, agricultural and development property sales—especially since he personally owns each property type. End to end great customer experience

Leni was very helpful through the entire process of buying our home. She identified out our family needs and profile and carried out the real estate research according to our expectations. She was great in guiding us technically, as well as solving our doubts, especially aligning with the strategy of a good business. Likewise, she guided us and walked us through the home inspection. Kenny Haslett was the reason we were able to find our dream location!

In the current market, finding waterfront property is next to impossible. Most locations don't even last a day before there are multiple offers. Kenny identified the property we were looking for the morning it went on the market and was on site within an hour taking videos and showing us the potential. Because of this quick response, we were the first offer made on the property which put us in a great position. With Kenny's years of experience, he had a relationship with the other agent and was able to help negotiate and finalize the deal. I am confident that without his relationships, we would not have been fortunate enough to finally find our dream property.

We wanted an experienced, professional realtor...

We wanted an experienced, professional realtor – not someone who sold houses part time or was new to this very unusual housing market. We asked Jim to be our realtor based on a glowing recommendation from our neighbors who had engaged him. We have been completely happy with our decision from the beginning. Jim conducted extensive research before pricing the house and was outstanding at communication – keeping us informed of every development and responding to each email, text, and phone call from us. We benefitted from his experience, the knowledge that he generously shared, and from his helpful and proactive guidance. When he was notified in the middle of the night about an online scam involving our house, he had a plan in place by morning and called me first thing. Jim sold our house in a just a few days for above our asking price. Because we had already moved away, Jim regularly drove from Tampa to Clearwater to check on the house, even after it was under contract. The process was entirely stress-free, and we could not be more satisfied. In addition to being an exceptional realtor, Jim is a gracious and kind person whom we readily and highly recommend.

I bought my house without looking at it in person. I had to rely on Greg to be my eyes. It was a great experience and highly recommend if you are looking for a realtor! It was important to find a place that met my needs and he most definitely did that for me!

Greg is a true professional and made us feel...

Greg is a true professional and made us feel very comfortable through the entire home buying process. He was able to answer any questions we had in a timely manner with the right information. He was punctual for showings and was thorough while walking us through any property. Once we found the home for us he was instrumental in negotiation and our offer was ultimately accepted. As first time homebuyers the closing process seemed daunting but Greg was with us all the way. Without Greg we would still be renting, if you want to find a house in this market Greg is the agent for you.

Lauren Levine and Alison Connors are...

Lauren Levine and Alison Connors are exceptional realtors. They have handled two sales for my wife and me now. Both sales were for record high prices in their respective communities! Both Lauren and Alison are extremely professional, prompt communicators, well organized and they work hard to actually market their listings to get their clients top dollar on their sales - which seems like a rarity with realtors generally in this day and age. There are no realtors in Tampa Bay that we'd recommend more!
