Victor Crespo was referred to me upon reaching out to a realtor who I had worked with when originally moving to Florida and into my previous home. The prior agent's referral was anything but a disappointment - Victor is a fantastic agent. Besides being friendly, well-spoken, and articulate, he is as professional and as hard working of a residential real estate agent as I have ever worked with (this being my 4th home that I've purchased in 3 different states / cities). The buying process of my now current home went relatively smoothly on the buying side but was anything but in terms of the interactions with the seller and seller's agent.
