Great knowledge of area and the price range of lots had à offer first day which was close to asking price waited a few days got some lesser offers excepted the first offer start to finish probably less then two weeks money in bank in Canada Very Happy with service and title work done all around excellent deal thanks

We had an exceptional experience working with Bella Nowak and could not be happier with the level of service she provided. Will always keep his number in my contacts for any real estate questions or needs!

Erich was always available to help me with any questions I had, day or night. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor to have in my corner helping me get to the closing date I will always refer him to others as well as keep his contact info for myself in case I have any questions or concerns regarding real estate. He treated me like his own brother and I fully appreciate that!
