My experience is as a seller in a difficult market. I know this as I have driven by the same For Sale and For Rent signs for months. I also watched estimated values dropping between months. Michell was on top of the market, communicated and discussed risk/benefits of different courses of action and given that she got me an almost full price offer in that environment, accomplished my goal.
