Absolutely I'd hire her again

My experience is as a seller in a difficult market. I know this as I have driven by the same For Sale and For Rent signs for months. I also watched estimated values dropping between months. Michell was on top of the market, communicated and discussed risk/benefits of different courses of action and given that she got me an almost full price offer in that environment, accomplished my goal. Pleasant to work with, obviously well known and liked in the community I'd certainly work with her again.
