Jason and Tiffany are the best. They were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. My wife and I felt like we were in the very best of hands throughout the sale of our home and purchase of our new home. They worked hard to ensure that all the details were covered and provided top-notch service the whole time. We would strongly recommend them for anyone either selling or buying a home.

Tiffany was very quick to respond usually within minutes or hours, or by the next day if it took longer to find information to answer our questions. She talked my husband and I through a lot of initial questions about the market and concerns about now being the right time to buy given that we may move again in a few years due to medical training. She shared her knowledge about the home buying process to help us make informed decisions about each home we looked at. She gave us insight into the Rochester market and how it works differently compared to other markets. We had several questions along the way and ran into a few unique situations, but Tiffany explained our options clearly to help us decide what path is best for us, our budget, and our future home. I loved that she allowed us to go as fast or as slow with the process as we wanted. She was kind and flexible throughout the whole process. We received several referrals from friends that worked with Tiffany and I think that speaks volumes to her experience, professionalism, attention to detail, and character. I would highly recommend her to anyone, but especially to those who are buying a home for the first time or going through any medical training- residency, fellowship, etc. Thankful to have worked with Tiffany and her team! Tim is an excellent realtor and made the house selling process as straightforward and successful as possible. He helped us buy and sell, but this review is focused on the sale of our house. This was our first time selling a house, and we were dreading the process, especially the preparations and the evaluation of (hopefully) multiple offers. Once we started the sale process, Tim walked us through all the what-if scenarios of the entire process, including prep, pre-inspection, listing, and talking through the key details that we'd look for in each offer. He suggested that we do a pre-inspection of the house, which initially seemed odd, but after discussing it a bit we thought it was a good idea. And it turns out it was a great idea, as it really enabled buyers to have confidence in the quality and lack-of-surprises in the home, enabling them to write higher offers and/or waive their inspection period. Our house received multiple offers above list price, including some with waived inspections, and we believe that was due to Tim's great suggestion to do a pre-inspection. Overall we had a good time working with Tim, he was very professional and is a reliable communicator.
