Tim was an absolute gem to work with. He was able to break down houses via online listing pictures which saved us a bunch of time by skipping over houses we knew wouldn’t work for us. He sent detailed video and voice recordings of him reviewing houses we were interested in and was able to give detailed explanations about possible problems he saw just by reviewing the online listings. He sent a lot of voice texts so that connotation was inferred properly. He went above and beyond when we did find our dream home by being at the home for plumbers and other workers to be let in as the seller was not available to do so. He even pealed and primed where chipping paint was to insure we’d pass our inspection. He did an amazing job negotiating for us with the listing agent because he had been able to develop a great rapport with the listing agent through his excellent communication. He truly made the experience feel like he was in the buying process with us and did everything he could to protect us when it comes to future expenses etc. There is a reason this guy was chosen as top realtor in the state of Minnesota, simply, he earned it.

Tim has lots of knowledge on houses! Will tell you upfront if a house isn’t worth looking at (no time wasted). He has knowledge on every aspect of a house and provides honest information. Tim is a “champ”!!!!

I recently bought my first home with my spouse and Tim was absolutely wonderful! He is very knowledgeable and explained everything to us so we knew exactly what was happening each day behind the scenes. Timothy was a great agent and more than I could ask for. He went above and beyond helping us find a home in our price range and area. Tim played an extremely big role in helping my partner and I find the perfect home that checked every single one of our boxes. From start to finish, he made sure that none if our questions went unanswered, and even answered questions we didn’t know we had yet. At the very beginning we met and went through the entire process, Tim informed of everything we needed to know and might need to know. Throughout the time we worked together communication was an open channel and we never waited long for a personal response. He helped to keep us focused on what was important in the houses we looked at, and didn’t shy away from telling us things we may not want to hear about potential purchases. After our purchase he has stayed in contact and is a great resource for any work that needs to be done, and is happy to provide connections that he has made as well as insight on the quality of those referrals. We are very grateful to Tim for the work he put in on our behalf and will absolutely work with him in the future and highly recommend anyone needing an agent to seek him out.

Tim has been awesome. Super communicative, personable, professional, and always made sure my partner and I were informed every step of the way in the search for our first house!
