Our home buying process was complex since we initially wanted an investment property then transitioned to making it a primary residence. Tim was very patient with us. I never felt pressure to buy a house I didn’t like, or extend an offer higher than I felt comfortable with. He was on our side for the 10 months we spent looking. He also responded very quickly and we were able to extend offers on a quick turnaround which is very important. We got a house we love and we will continue to use Tim for EVERYTHING real estate related!!!
