My name is Clement Markfort. Patrick markfort (my brother) sold my house this past summer. It was wintertime when we first started talking about selling our house. My wife recently was diagnosed with starter dementia so we thought it was time to sell the house and find a Senior Living apartment. Pat came over and handed me seller and buyer books he and his son had written. They described in detail all that should be done in order to have a decent sale. It had many self help hints to assure you easy exit. I started packing boxes to deliver to different needy organizations. Next he game a list of what needed to be accomplished within 2 months .
