Tracy went above and beyond to make the daunting process of selling my house as easy as possible.

Tracy was with me and present throughout the entire process of selling my house: the prep and repairs, the marketing, the negotiations, and the closing. She answered my questions quickly and patiently. She gently offered advice about upgrades that would make my house more marketable. Tracy also knew who to call to fairly and professionally take care of those repairs and upgrades. Although it was difficult to leave my home of nearly 35 years, Tracy made the transition as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Tracy Adams as the realtor to go to if you are selling your home.

After a loved one passes, this is the lady to call! I was lost and Kelli held my hand through the entire process. When I didn't understand verbiage of contracts, Kelli Chabot took time to answer my questions until I understood. Her negotiation skills were for my sale. She made sure I was not taken advantage of by buyers. I always knew when prospective clients were coming and going out of my property. She gave me respect in the end when I needed time to grieve in the house before closing. At the closing signing she was by my side and allowed me to cry and smile at the same time. I felt like a family member had my back throughout the entire process! Thank you Kelli!
