Prior to becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2021, he worked as an office manager at a local independent brokerage and transaction coordinator for 4 years, in addition to owning/operating several residential rental buildings. Before entering the real estate industry Chad ran several small businesses ranging from managing a dance studio to managing 12 retail locations at once.
