JaMeila was a God-send! I lived almost 4 hours away and yet she treated me like I was next door, never hesitating to show me a house virtually, keeping in contact on a daily basis and updated on anything new I might be interested in. She always made time in her schedule to show my home when I was coming to town - even last minute. Right from the start she sat down with me to discuss what I was looking for, my definite ‘no’s’ and my price range and budget. Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to look for as far as any issues, whether structural, electrical, etc, but JaMeila was AMAZING and never steered me wrong! If you want an advocate for your home buying journey, you can’t beat JaMeila!

Katherine helped us both sell our house and buy a new one. She had great communication and was always available to show houses. She never rushed us at looking at houses. I would highly recommend her as an agent.
We are new to the St. Louis area and quite frankly didn't know much about the different neighborhoods or how to navigate to places of interest. Stacy was very professional and transparent in helping us find area what was right for us, and her in experience knowing what warning signs and red flags to look for when touring homes gave us much more confidence when we did find the right one for us. We even had some nonstandard financing to deal with, and Stacy knew exactly how to handle that what extra forms were going to be needed. Moving to a new city is never easy, but Stacy made it as painless as it can be. We could not recommend her enough!
Joe had great communication through out the sale process. Very quick to respond to any questions also and explained the process as we went so that we were never in the dark confused. This being our first time selling, everything was new but he made sure we fully understood every step.
