Nanci definitely knows her profession. Her communication with the client is right on. Her knowledge with the market was correct also. I know now why she is tops in her field. I would choose Nanci Sticksel again if I need an agent and I have told everyone who asked me about my agent, how she was??? I always give them a rave review.
