This was our first time selling a home and we didn't know what to do or what to expect. From the very beginning, Darrell and David explained the entire process to us and let us know what the next steps would be. They were always available to answer our questions, regardless of the time of day. Their knowledge of the market and where to start the pricing of our house played a big role in getting us off on the right track. They were able to negotiate effectively on our behalf to get us the exact offer were looking for. There were a few hiccups along the way (out of our control), and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.
