Cory was an outstanding real estate agent: always responsive, accommodating, consistently on time, and never gave up, even when the process got challenging. His persistence and professionalism made all the difference. I’d highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling.

Dev was extremely knowledgeable about the market in our area and what he felt we could sell our house for. There were a lot of things that made Dev standout starting from the way he listed our property, to always being available to show our home, gave us his ideas/opinions when negotiating, answering all of my questions, and finding the lowest expenses so that we benefited the most.

Experienced, knowledgable, and helpful with figuring out the ins and outs of contracts and negotiation.

She help us in the post sale cleaning and communicating with the buyer.

From the first point of contact, Sherri offered her expertise and was helpful through every step. She carefully explained and followed up on every document. Knowing that we were in good hands, we were able to relax and trust the process. Everything went smoothly, with a great outcome. Thank you so much for helping us.

We marketed our property when the Hawaiian market was going through a very difficult phase for Sellers. Sherri anticipated the challenges we would face with our deal and prepared us for every curveball. We needed someone with the expertise to navigate these challenges, and we trusted her advice and experience with Buyers and Sellers in a very unique marketplace. She gave us accurate and perceptive “reads” on each potential Buyer, and expertly steered us through challenging negotiations. When we were down, Sherri propped us up and kept us focused on what we needed to do to make our deal happen. We ended up with a perfect Buyer that we were excited to work with!

My tenant passed away in the unit, she was a hoarder, what a mess it was. Rob helped me efficiently with every detail, organizing the necessary workforce to clean out the unit and make it acceptable for listing. He then listed the unit and within just a few weeks had a buyer, we just closed the transaction yesterday, what a relief it was to have that completed. Rob helped me with so many details throughout the process and I never could have done it without him. Besides all his great business qualities he was always so very pleasant and helpful, he certainly gets an A double plus in my book. Best Realtor in Hawaii, try him you will agree!!!

Response was great, very good team "Agent, Escrow, Title" and all worked together. Easy to communicate with, kept things simple and in order.

As a first-time homebuyer, I went into the process not really knowing what to expect. There were many more steps than I had anticipated, and at first I felt a bit overwhelmed. Rob made the entire experience much more comfortable and manageable. What stood out most was how well he explained everything and how great his communication was throughout the entire process. He walked me through what needed to happen, what each step meant, what I needed to do, and what would come next. From getting preapproved and making an offer to inspections, financing, paperwork, and closing, I always felt informed and knew where things stood. Rob took the time to understand what I was looking for, what I could realistically afford, and the area I needed to be in. His knowledge of the market helped me narrow down my options and ultimately find the right home without pushing me outside my budget or away from the location that mattered to me. He also connected me with a lender and helped arrange first-time homebuyer financing, which made a huge difference. When it came time to make an offer and work through the details of the purchase, I felt confident that he was looking out for my interests and helping me make informed decisions. Whenever I had questions, he was responsive, patient, and professional. He didn’t just help me find a house—he helped me understand how the entire purchase worked. I would highly recommend him, especially to first-time buyers who want someone who communicates well, knows the market, represents their interests, and truly guides them through the process from beginning to end. Thanks again Rob, you truly helped make buying a home a reality for me.

I saw the listing for our property the very first day Alex put it out there, and from that day forward, he was absolutely amazing when it came to communication. From my initial text asking if and when we could view the property, all the way until after closing—when he was still checking in to make sure everything went smoothly with transferring the solar panels into our names—Alex is truly the best. He was incredibly responsive to every text and phone call and always had an answer to every question we had. Not only would he take the time to explain things, but we always ended up learning something new along the way. He even went as far as putting together a checklist for us after closing with all of the major transfers we needed to take care of, including phone numbers, addresses, and everything we would need to make the process easier on our end. Being first-time home buyers, that level of communication and guidance was so important to us and made the entire experience feel so much less overwhelming. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend Alex to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you again, Alex!!!! You took what is one of the biggest and most stressful transactions people can make in their lives and somehow turned it into such a relaxed, exciting, and genuinely enjoyable experience for us. We are so grateful to have had you there to guide is through it all.

Alex helped me purchase this house over 9 years ago. I contacted him again because I had been impressed. I was heartbroken by my personal circumstances that necessitated the sale and Alex helped me through it. The entire process went very smoothly from first discussion. He found a reputable ands fair contactor for maintenance improvements, worked with my schedule, made an attractive listing, found a buyer and assisted with my final move out and cleaning. I highly recommend him.

I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience purchasing our first home with Alex Abreu! From the very beginning, Alex made what could have been an overwhelming process feel incredibly easy, exciting, and stress-free. It all literally started with me sending Alex a property that I happened to see. Within a DAY, we were viewing the property, and somehow, just one month later, we were moving into our dream home! Alex was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. He was always so quick to respond to every question, concern, text, or random thought I had — and as a first-time homebuyer, I definitely had plenty of questions! He was patient, knowledgeable, reassuring, and genuinely made us feel like we were his priority every step of the way. Most importantly, he helped us find a home that couldn’t have been more perfect for our little family. It checked every single box we were looking for and honestly ended up being more than we could have dreamed of. Buying your first home is such a huge milestone, and I feel incredibly lucky that Alex was the person who guided us through it. If you’re looking to buy a home, especially if you’re a first-time buyer, I could not recommend him more. He truly went above and beyond for us, and we will forever be grateful for everything he did to help us find our dream home!
