I saw the listing for our property the very first day Alex put it out there, and from that day forward, he was absolutely amazing when it came to communication. From my initial text asking if and when we could view the property, all the way until after closing—when he was still checking in to make sure everything went smoothly with transferring the solar panels into our names—Alex is truly the best. He was incredibly responsive to every text and phone call and always had an answer to every question we had. Not only would he take the time to explain things, but we always ended up learning something new along the way. He even went as far as putting together a checklist for us after closing with all of the major transfers we needed to take care of, including phone numbers, addresses, and everything we would need to make the process easier on our end. Being first-time home buyers, that level of communication and guidance was so important to us and made the entire experience feel so much less overwhelming.
