I cannot say enough good things about Etsuko and Yoko, and I am so grateful to have been referred to Etsuko by a colleague. As a first time home buyer, the paperwork at first was daunting, however, Etsuko took the time to sit down with me and walk through every single line of the contract and answer any questions I had (and I had a lot!). Etsuko and Yoko clearly demonstrated their high level of experience and knowledge, and were able to answer any questions my wife and I had throughout the whole process with great clarity. Etsuko's experience also shown through when she could clearly explain to me the pros and cons of the different areas in Oahu, and then even go into the nuances on a variety of different things unique to those different areas. Another item that demonstrated Etsuko and Yoko's high level of professionalism and caring was that they made themselves always available to my wife and I via a group text, were never out of reach, were always very responsive to questions and concerns. We never had to wait very long at all to hear back throughout the whole process. As I am currently in the continental U.S., I was unable to do walk throughs in person with my wife and Etsuko. Etsuko recorded every single one, even the various inspections as well, and uploaded them all to youtube for me so I could view them as well! Another example (of many) of Etsuko going above and beyond to accommodate our unique situation. Etsuko also did a fantastic job negotiating and getting me an amazing deal on our new home. My wife and I are still in disbelief that we were able to negotiate to get our house at the price point we did. Etsuko and Yoko handled the whole process so well, went above and beyond, and everything went smooth without any issues. If we ever sell or buy again, we absolutely will be working with Etsuko's team again, and we will definitely be referring her to our family and friends. My wife and I cannot recommend Etsuko and Yoko enough. Easy 5/5 stars!

Kristeen is truly a wonderful real estate agent! She is incredibly helpful, experienced, and attentive to even the smallest details. Above all, she is one of the kindest and nicest people you’ll ever meet! We always felt completely comfortable asking questions, and she was consistently responsive and available whenever we needed her. This was our 2nd time working with Kristeen, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. She made the entire experience smooth, easy, and enjoyable. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional real estate agent!

I met Leila by chance, and we connected instantly over her bubbly and friendly personality. When it came time to buy a home, I knew she was the right person to call, and I’m so glad I did. Leila turned what could have been a stressful process into a perfectly structured experience. From pre-approval to getting the keys, every step was accurate and thorough. Because I travel frequently for work, I was actually off-island for much of the process. Leila’s communication was incredible; she kept me updated on every detail, ensuring all regulations were met and every loop was closed. The entire buying process took less than a month! I used to joke that by the time I got home, I’d already have a house—and thanks to Leila, I returned to a home my family absolutely loves. This wasn’t my first property purchase, but it was by far the best because of her expertise. I didn't just find a great realtor; I gained a lifelong family friend and business partner. What started as a chance meeting ended with a beautiful new home and a wonderful friendship with her and her husband, Dennis
