Dani was an excellent realtor to work with. She listed my home during a time when the economy was extremely slow, American was in a war with Iran, and nobody was wanting to buy houses. Dani held multiple open house showings on weekends and evenings. My tenant passed away in the unit, she was a hoarder, what a mess it was. Rob helped me efficiently with every detail, organizing the necessary workforce to clean out the unit and make it acceptable for listing. He then listed the unit and within just a few weeks had a buyer, we just closed the transaction yesterday, what a relief it was to have that completed. Rob helped me with so many details throughout the process and I never could have done it without him.
