Cathy is not only an amazing person, but truly the best realtor you could ever ask for. I genuinely believe you would be hard-pressed to find someone who will fight harder for you or go above and beyond the way she does. I was going through an incredibly difficult personal situation that unfortunately carried over into the sale of my home. Not only did Cathy stick by me through every obstacle, but she took it upon herself to step in wherever she was needed. Whether it was communicating with lenders, my ex, contractors, or anyone else involved, she did everything in her power to keep things moving and get my house sold. She took on challenges that went far beyond what I would ever expect from a realtor, and I will never forget that. Her communication is exceptional. She kept me informed every step of the way, took the time to explain things in a way I could understand, and never once made me feel like a burden for asking questions or needing something explained again. She even sent reminders to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. During an already overwhelming time in my life, having someone that dependable in my corner meant more than I can put into words. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Cathy. She didn’t just help me sell a house. She advocated for me, supported me, and helped me get through one of the most stressful chapters of my life. She genuinely cares about the people she works with, and it shows in everything she does. If you’re buying or selling a home, Cathy is the person you want in your corner. I selected Cathy as my agent because of her experience working with other military members and veterans. Her knowledge on the military process was helpful. I saw this property online and at that time I wasn't sure what probate sale is, I ask one realtor I knew and she blocked me on Instagram I don't why. I goggle realtor near me and Cathy's name pop out, I email her and she called me right away, I was surprised, from then on she guide me through the process and help me all the way to the closing date. Our family is grateful that we met her. Very reliable and always update me on what's going on.

We had the pleasure of working with Cathy on 2 separate selling transactions, one in the past and another recently. They were our homes on the island.
