Cathy was great -- early she explained everything. She worked with me through an international move and kept fantastic updates going through the process. She worked with my property manager to make the property ready, identifying things that would increase curb appeal and improve how the property presented. She kept on top of handymen and helped problem solve when there were delays. Cathy made the process understandable, accessible, and easy. She's a terriffic realtor to work with!

I saw this property online and at that time I wasn't sure what probate sale is, I ask one realtor I knew and she blocked me on Instagram I don't why. I goggle realtor near me and Cathy's name pop out, I email her and she called me right away, I was surprised, from then on she guide me through the process and help me all the way to the closing date. Our family is grateful that we met her. Very reliable and always update me on what's going on.

EXTREMELY GOOD AGENT! I'm on the mainland and the trustee for my brother's estate sale. Cathy went way beyond the norm in keeping me informed during the selling process. She filmed&took pictures of the house, and was in constant contact with phone calls and emails. She scheduled and managed the inspection/ apprasial/ locksmith/junk removal/cleanup crew/handyman/mail delivery/neighbors/escrow. She dealt with multiple offers in getting the best possible house sale price! I would HIGHLY recommend her!!
