David did an incredible job finding our dream home! He was highly recommended to us from a family friend. He really took into consideration of what we were looking for providing his expertise on properties, location, market, value, etc. It felt like the home was meant to be for us. My family and I are originally from Hawaii so it was important for us to find a realtor we could trust and have great hospitality and service from. David being from Hawaii was an extra plus. He was great with communicating, very professional, friendly and personable. His partnerships allowed us to have an amazing offer on our home that we couldn't pass up on. We are first time home buyers so the process was already stressful, but David made the process smooth for us, made us more knowledgable and reassured us we were making the best decision. Thank you David and Darell! We will never forget this incredible experience!

David did a great job handling this transaction. We had several issues we needed to get through and David communicated through the entire process and made it as easy as possible!

Very responsive, great communication, knowledgeable and service with care.

Very responsive, great communication, knowledgeable and service with care.

This was our first time selling a home and we didn't know what to do or what to expect. From the very beginning, Darrell and David explained the entire process to us and let us know what the next steps would be. They were always available to answer our questions, regardless of the time of day. Their knowledge of the market and where to start the pricing of our house played a big role in getting us off on the right track. They were able to negotiate effectively on our behalf to get us the exact offer were looking for. There were a few hiccups along the way (out of our control), and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I would definitely recommend them as they are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! Thank you so much Darrell and David!

I decided to sell my home in Vegas but didn't know how to manage that while living in Hawaii. Darrell and David were referred to me by a family friend. They were very friendly and made the entire experience enjoyable and easy for my family to understand. They led me through the process step-by-step and explained the minute details. I am not an experienced home-seller, so they made sure I was comfortable with the process and the changes/repairs I had to make to the house prior to the closing. Since my primary residence is in Hawaii, they assisted me in contacting contractors to complete repair work. The contractors they recommended were reliable and fast. I would highly recommend using Darrell and David whether you are selling your house or trying to buy a house. They are friendly and work at your pace. They are honest and straightforward with what your expectations should be. Most of all, they make it easy for Hawaii-locals like us to get it done.

Pedro was a fantastic agent to work with throughout the process. He was efficient, knowledgeable and responsive anytime any questions arose. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone looking to sell a property!

From our very first conversation through well after closing, Pedro went above and beyond at every step. He took our wishlist, requirements, and concerns seriously, never trying to steer us toward a home that wasn't the right fit. Instead, he found a wide variety of properties and toured with us until we found the perfect one. As first-time buyers, the process could have been overwhelming, but Pedro made it feel easy. He explained everything clearly, answered every question thoroughly, and was always available by phone, text, or email. He helped us navigate both the big decisions and the small ones without ever making us feel pressured. We always felt that he genuinely wanted us to find the right home, not just make a sale. Pedro's work went far beyond showing houses. He investigated property documents, researched repair and construction options, followed up on additional leads, and caught details we never would have thought to check. He expertly guided us through negotiations, inspections, repairs, and closing, making what could have been a stressful experience remarkably smooth. Even after closing, Pedro continued helping us by connecting us with contractors for repairs, and answering every question we had. That level of service is incredibly rare. Pedro is personable, thoughtful, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely invested in his clients. We always felt he was advocating for our best interests. We could not have asked for a better realtor and recommend Pedro without hesitation to anyone buying a home on Oahu or anywhere in Hawaii. Working with him was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire process.

First and foremost, Pedro is genuinely a good and ethical person. His deep knowledge of the market became evident as we considered houses in different neighborhoods of Oahu. His reputation came shining through as he was able to call on short notice the assistance of various contractors to assess potential house repairs. There was never a call that went unanswered nor a concern unaddressed. Unlike most people that move to Hawaii, our move was self financed. While we never brought that up, he was mindful of it every step of the way. He suggested that we inquire about Senior citizens discount from the escrow company which resulted in a $1,000 saving to us. No doubt he is our go to person for our real estate needs.
