First and foremost, Pedro is genuinely a good and ethical person. His deep knowledge of the market became evident as we considered houses in different neighborhoods of Oahu. His reputation came shining through as he was able to call on short notice the assistance of various contractors to assess potential house repairs. There was never a call that went unanswered nor a concern unaddressed. Unlike most people that move to Hawaii, our move was self financed. While we never brought that up, he was mindful of it every step of the way.
