She was present in every step of the process. House was sold within 60 days. She started by visualizing how the property will be staged. Once done, her team produced a video to showcase the property. It was so tastefully done that an offer was made at the first open house. Because I live on the mainland, I wasn't able to handle all the tasks needed to follow through on the requested legal documents. I was so impressed on how Julie took my sister to the City of Honolulu to acquire her divorce decree and the quick research it took to acquire the +20-year-old invoice to prove that the roof was replaced in the 90's. She even took the initiative to transport my sister to the closing due to her limited mobility.
