It was so tastefully done that an offer was made at the first open house. Because I live on the mainland, I wasn't able to handle all the tasks needed to follow through on the requested legal documents. I was so impressed on how Julie took my sister to the City of Honolulu to acquire her divorce decree and the quick research it took to acquire the +20-year-old invoice to prove that the roof was replaced in the 90's. She even took the initiative to transport my sister to the closing due to her limited mobility. Julie assisted us with purchasing the house in Hawaii. It is challenging to buy a house sight unseen however, she assisted us by showing the area of the house and the house itself.
