This was our first time selling a home and we didn't know what to do or what to expect. From the very beginning, Darrell and David explained the entire process to us and let us know what the next steps would be. They were always available to answer our questions, regardless of the time of day. Their knowledge of the market and where to start the pricing of our house played a big role in getting us off on the right track. They were able to negotiate effectively on our behalf to get us the exact offer were looking for. There were a few hiccups along the way (out of our control), and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I would definitely recommend them as they are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! Thank you so much Darrell and David!

David is very knowledgeable and experienced in the Vegas market.

David explained how buying in the Vegas market would be and what to expect every step of the way. He was patient and worked with us for over 4 months to take us to the different areas and provided full details for each area we visited. Once we identified the property we wanted David went to the sellers and negotiated for us to get the best price and terms. He pointed out many things that we did not consider like certain areas to stay away from, why there are HOA fees, and landlord/tenant pitfalls to be aware of. Most importantly David was honest with us and looked out for our best interest.

I decided to sell my home in Vegas but didn't know how to manage that while living in Hawaii. Darrell and David were referred to me by a family friend. They were very friendly and made the entire experience enjoyable and easy for my family to understand. They led me through the process step-by-step and explained the minute details. I am not an experienced home-seller, so they made sure I was comfortable with the process and the changes/repairs I had to make to the house prior to the closing. Since my primary residence is in Hawaii, they assisted me in contacting contractors to complete repair work. The contractors they recommended were reliable and fast. I would highly recommend using Darrell and David whether you are selling your house or trying to buy a house. They are friendly and work at your pace. They are honest and straightforward with what your expectations should be. Most of all, they make it easy for Hawaii-locals like us to get it done.

Darrell Kimura and David Sur provided me with excellent service and knowledge about the current housing market. They kept me apprised of each step that was required to sell a home. I was amazed that there were 30 requests for appointments to view the home right after it was listed. More amazing was the fact that there were 5 people interested in purchasing the house after viewing the house. Finally, the house sold within 2 1/2 months after being put on the market for more than the listed amount. Job well done.
