Raised along the beaches of Kauai’s North Shore, I’m a true “Kauai Boy” at heart, passionate about sharing my deep knowledge of the island’s people, places, culture, and unique real estate opportunities. My lifelong connection to Kauai, combined with decades of professional experience, allows me to provide clients with insights that extend far beyond the transaction. As a licensed real estate broker and accomplished land-use consultant, I bring an in-depth understanding of Kauai’s regulatory landscape, development process, and evolving property market. I attended grade school in Hanalei and graduated from Kapaʻa High School before earning a Bachelor's degree in International Business, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder. After college, my passion for exploration led me around the world, with adventures through Nepal, Tahiti, New Zealand, Indonesia, Argentina, and many other remarkable destinations. Along the way, I also worked as a licensed boat captain, leading tours along Kauai’s legendary Nā Pali Coast, and as a fly-fishing guide in the remote wilderness of Bristol Bay, Alaska. For more than 25 years, I have helped clients successfully navigate the rewarding—and often complex—process of buying and selling real estate in Hawaii.
