We were thrilled with every aspect of dealing with Anne as our realtor. We have purchased many properties over the past 2 decades and we have been nothing but impressed by Anne. We chose Anne after having spoken to several realtors because she is very knowledgeable about the island of Kauai, about local laws and about the financing issues in purchasing in Hawaii. Anne worked tirelessly with us for well over a year assisting us in purchasing our first home in Hawaii. She was incredibly patient and responsive to our many phonecalls, emails and questions. We reside in Canada, so we relied on her heavily to assist us through our selection process. Ultimately, we ended up purchasing during Covid-19 and we were not able to view the house we bought in-person. We trusted Anne completely to view the house on our behalf and to provide us with her opinion as to its positive and negative features. We recently were able to travel to Kauai to view the property and we were pleased, but not surprised that she had so accurately described the property to us. Anne even found us a mortgage broker to deal with who turned out to give the best rates we found anywhere, particularly as we are Canadians dealing with financing in the USA. Following our purchase, Anne has continued to be of great assistance to us, providing us with referrals for contractors, handymen, tradespeople and the like. As we are operating this property as a vacation rental, these referrals have been invaluable for us. We cannot recommend Anne highly enough.
