From our first conversation, we knew Yvonne was the realtor for us. She really heard us and brought listings which met our objectives, including price, location, rental profits, appliances, amenities, etc. She used AI software to offer us market and modelling numbers to compare to the asking prices, enabling us to formulate our offers. She viewed properties in advance of our arrival from out of town and provided us a balanced scorecard on each compared to our objectives. She provided us data from each property including tax, insurance, utilities, prior owners, property managers, and potential concerns.
