From our first conversation, we knew Yvonne was the realtor for us. She really heard us and brought listings which met our objectives, including price, location, rental profits, appliances, amenities, etc. She used AI software to offer us market and modelling numbers to compare to the asking prices, enabling us to formulate our offers.
