As first-time home buyers, the entire process was completely new to us, but working with Ben made everything feel manageable and even enjoyable. Ben has decades of experience, and from the very beginning it felt like we were working with a trusted friend or family member rather than just a realtor. He guided us through every step, always took the time to explain things clearly, and was consistently just a phone call, text, or email away. His responsiveness and dedication gave us so much confidence throughout the process. It was truly an amazing experience working with Ben, and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home.

We feel so lucky to have been able to work with Ben! He blew us away—totally went above and beyond to guide us through every step of the process, keeping us informed, educated, comfortable, and confident in finding the perfect home for us. It was our first time buying real estate, which could have been overwhelming. But Ben consistently kept us grounded, organized, and moving us in the right direction, ensuring we made smart decisions, supported by his invaluable local insight and great vibes. We will absolutely be using him for all our Hawaii real estate needs moving forward, and would recommend him to anyone. Mahalo nui loa, Ben!

Dani was an excellent realtor to work with. She listed my home during a time when the economy was extremely slow, American was in a war with Iran, and nobody was wanting to buy houses. Dani held multiple open house showings on weekends and evenings. She had my house showing across multiple platforms and I had friends reaching out daily saying they saw my house on Youtube, or Facebook. Dani was responsive to my personal situation so we planned a sales strategy together and she was willing to make adjustments as things changed. She was above all patient and she coached me through the sale of my home. She made the process easy.

We were extremely fortunate to have Dani as our realtor as we navigated the process of purchasing a primary residence on Kauai. Her depth of knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail, and timeliness of responses made the process very easy. From performing background research on the properties we looked at in advance to holding our hands through the multi-step process once we made an offer on a property, she was always there to offer clarity and insight. Furthermore, her extensive network on island made it easy to obtain quotes from various contractors. A pleasure to work with, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a realtor!
