We have known Tiffany for 16+ years and have completed 2 real estate transactions with her. She is extremely knowledgeable about North Shore real estate and she knows just about everyone on Kauai. She is patient, reliable and great to work with - it is fun to spend time with her looking at properties and discussing plans. She goes above and beyond - even after the deal closes she is happy to help with referrals to contractors, landscapers, etc. She is also an excellent negotiator and works very hard for her clients. I cannot highly recommend her enough and would not want to work with any other agent on Kauai.

Tiffany is a pleasure to work with. She is very patient and has a great understanding of the island of Kauai and it's various communities. We probably drove her a bit nuts with our requirements for both of our purchases and I am sure she thought we would never actually buy a new property given our divergent requirements between my wife and myself. However, she always was enthusiastic about showing us things and listening to our dreams for a larger place on the North Shore. She even showed places we saw online to friends to check out for us when we weren't on island, including our son, who previewed this place for us. She and her partner, Ben, kept is well informed throughout the purchase process and have great resources for all of the inspections making the process easy and seamless. We always knew where we were with the schedule even when a hurricane hit in the middle of escrow.

You won't find a broker who works harder than Tiffany Spencer. No matter what day or time it is, she is always available. She is extremely reliable, knowledgeable and organized. She doesn't miss any details and is always looking out for her clients' best interests. `

We recently completed the purchase of a new home working with Ben Welborn and Tiffany Spencer and we could not have had a better experience. They are a great team and each add a little something different - Ben has extensive experience in land use and development and has a great understanding of rural properties in particular. He also has great vision and can help brainstorm how a house could be improved as well as problem solving as issues arise. He is also extremely organized - he would send us weekly timelines of when to expect inspections, when payments and documents were due, etc. It was very helpful as there were often many moving pieces - this ensured that nothing fell through the cracks. Both Ben and Tiffany go the extra step even after the deal closes, offering ongoing assistance as needed. I would highly recommend working with Ben and Tiffany on any North Shore Kauai real estate purchase.

Nancy and her team were terrifically supportive of us through the whole process. She gave great advice during the bidding phase that definitely saved us money, and both called us to talk through her assessment of the property and sent us a LOT of videos since we couldn't be there to view it in person. Hurricane Lowell struck while we were in escrow, and Nancy sent us updates extremely quickly about what was happening at the property, and got in touch with the property manager to learn what damage had been observed in that development. She even offered to show up after closing if we needed someone to let in a service provider. She is really that full service broker you want in your corner. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to other buyers who've spotted their ideal property on the MLS!
