Tiffany is a pleasure to work with. She is very patient and has a great understanding of the island of Kauai and it's various communities. We probably drove her a bit nuts with our requirements for both of our purchases and I am sure she thought we would never actually buy a new property given our divergent requirements between my wife and myself. However, she always was enthusiastic about showing us things and listening to our dreams for a larger place on the North Shore. She even showed places we saw online to friends to check out for us when we weren't on island, including our son, who previewed this place for us. She and her partner, Ben, kept is well informed throughout the purchase process and have great resources for all of the inspections making the process easy and seamless. We always knew where we were with the schedule even when a hurricane hit in the middle of escrow.
