Ben is extremely organized, prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, ethical— and nice! I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone.

We have done many transactions with Ben, and he’s always fair and trying to find a win-win for his clients. Ben not only understands the market, but he has a great understanding of the county laws and how to navigate the county regulations.

In one word, Ben is exemplary. When we found our dream property, Ben gave us a video tour within 30 minutes of our call. We had an accepted offer the next day. We were way ahead of the pack because of Ben’s strategic actions. Ben was meticulous and brilliant with emails, documents, and follow through. Most admirably, he stayed in touch every day, always guiding us in the kindest way. He made sure our daughter could fly in for a special viewing. Helped with so many local trades people. He will always have a friend in us, for after many years of searching, it was Ben that made our dream happen. We are eternally grateful.

Just gotta use Tiffany!!

Tiffany was such a pleasure to work with during the sale of our home. This was not an easy decision for us, but from the very beginning, we felt her genuine care, support, and attention to every question and need we had along the way.She was always available for us, and truly made us feel supported throughout the entire process. Her expertise, knowledge of the island, and understanding of all the details involved in selling a home were exceptional — but what stood out most was how cared for she made us feel during such an emotional transition. We truly couldn’t have done it without her and highly recommend Tiffany to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
