In one word, Ben is exemplary. When we found our dream property, Ben gave us a video tour within 30 minutes of our call. We had an accepted offer the next day. We were way ahead of the pack because of Ben’s strategic actions. Ben was meticulous and brilliant with emails, documents, and follow through. Most admirably, he stayed in touch every day, always guiding us in the kindest way. He made sure our daughter could fly in for a special viewing. Helped with so many local trades people. He will always have a friend in us, for after many years of searching, it was Ben that made our dream happen. We are eternally grateful.

Ben Welborn was not only super efficient and reliable, but his calm demeanor was a huge plus given the extremely stressful moments in the property conveyance process. He guided us through the process with care and attention and great communicative skill.

Ben was a patient advisor throughout our entire, elongated process to find the perfect piece of paradise on the north shore of Kauai. His local knowledge was impeccable. He grew up in Hanalei and knows everybody and every knook and cranny of the North Shore. We found this type of intimate knowledge to be priceless. There are so many micro climates that one must take into account. There's no way we could have so quickly and efficiently understood and discerned all the options without Ben's help. Forever grateful!
