From our first conversation, we knew Yvonne was the realtor for us. She really heard us and brought listings which met our objectives, including price, location, rental profits, appliances, amenities, etc. She used AI software to offer us market and modelling numbers to compare to the asking prices, enabling us to formulate our offers. She viewed properties in advance of our arrival from out of town and provided us a balanced scorecard on each compared to our objectives. She provided us data from each property including tax, insurance, utilities, prior owners, property managers, and potential concerns. She made sure all documents and information were signed and delivered when they were supposed to be - whether from us or the sellers. Given her vast knowledge, she was able to proactively deal with any concerns or issues during our entire process. Every step of the way she was in communication with us, offering guidance/advice from her depth of experience and keeping us on track to meet deadlines. We would not have been able to find the right property at the right price and close so quickly with so few issues without her.
