We chose Anne after having spoken to several realtors because she is very knowledgeable about the island of Kauai, about local laws and about the financing issues in purchasing in Hawaii. Anne worked tirelessly with us for well over a year assisting us in purchasing our first home in Hawaii. She was incredibly patient and responsive to our many phonecalls, emails and questions. We reside in Canada, so we relied on her heavily to assist us through our selection process.
