Melissa was amazing! I was told she was the best, and they were absolutely right. From the moment I met her, I felt comfortable and trusted her completely. She matched my energy right away — it honestly felt like we had been longtime friends. She took the time to explain everything throughout the home-buying process, even when I asked the same question more than once. I never felt rushed or like I was being too picky. No matter how busy she was, she always made time for my calls and texts and consistently checked in on my needs throughout the process. Buying a home can be stressful, but Melissa made me feel supported every step of the way. Do yourself a favor — you want Melissa on your team when looking for a home.

Yes, I only looked one place when wanting to sell my home and that was back to Melissa. She helped me buy the house and when it was time to move I asked for her help. She gave us great advice and solid comps to compare and set the price. She walked through the home with my wife to help advise on staging the home. We had multiple offers and accepted one within 4 days. Great experience.

Very knowledgeable & thoughtful. Listens intently, helps makes decisions based on experience, & recommends w/ buyers needs put first. Overall a fantastic individual & excellent to work with!

We are new to the St. Louis area and quite frankly didn't know much about the different neighborhoods or how to navigate to places of interest. Stacy was very professional and transparent in helping us find area what was right for us, and her in experience knowing what warning signs and red flags to look for when touring homes gave us much more confidence when we did find the right one for us. We even had some nonstandard financing to deal with, and Stacy knew exactly how to handle that what extra forms were going to be needed. Moving to a new city is never easy, but Stacy made it as painless as it can be. We could not recommend her enough!

This was our second time having Stacy as our real estate agent and both times we were successful in selling our house within a short period of time. Stacy marketing and knowledge helped us get the best price for our house. Her professionalism was great in communicating between us and the buyers. Thank you

Stacy was simply AMAZING!! She helped me find a house in a very stressful, competitive market! She also, sold my house in just a couple days bringing in over competitive 10 offers. She went above and beyond multiple times, and was always available to help in anyway needed! She made the process very smooth and I highly recommend her! Thanks Stacy!
