Selling a home is stressful. Selling your parents home is even more stressful, but Stacy made it about as good as it could be. She knows how to price and knows what is and isn't necessary to do to the house to get it on the market. She is on top of things from the start until the closing. Great communication. Very happy we went with her!

I trusted her right away, and every recommendation she made ended up being the right call, especially with pricing and getting the house ready to sell. She was always there when I had questions, super professional, but also just really easy to talk to and calming during a stressful process. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted for my house, and I honestly can’t imagine doing this with anyone else. It’s actually weird not talking to her every day now. I’d recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

Stacy communication throughout the process was always prompt and extremely helpful. She has a vast market knowledge and a vast network of contacts from inspectors, plumbing, handyman, deck, flooring etc. Felt extremely comfortable with her professional guidance through closing.
