Mrs. Dawn Farley was Upbeat and Exburent from the first time my Spouse and I met her at an Open House. Although we did not purchase the Property, the First Imression was great one & we took a chance to ask if she could sell our Property & purchase something similar. Dawn led us to a great Property and we Closed on both on the same day, I couldn't believe that could happen and Dawn did it. Throughout the entire process, Dawn was easily accessible and very patient with me while answering all questions & concerns. The other Quality Dawn has is she will work behind the scenes and make things happen, I never felt like she was behind and sent all paperwork promptly, I did not once have to ask for anything to be done, Dawn knew what to do through and through.
