My name is Clement Markfort. Patrick markfort (my brother) sold my house this past summer. It was wintertime when we first started talking about selling our house. My wife recently was diagnosed with starter dementia so we thought it was time to sell the house and find a Senior Living apartment. He is extremely knowledgeable in real estate, and had written a book on how to sell a house. Pat promptly answered my texts and emails, and offered to help with anything I needed. He has an awesome team, including the stager, the photographer, and the closing team. Pat is also great humanitarian ... he donates part of his commission to Homes for Heros.
