Cyrus was very helpful when I was looking for a condominium. We visited many units and I never felt any pressure. He is very knowledgeable about the market, a strong negotiator, great communicator, patient and very available to show me a lot of homes. He is good at identifying the strong and weak points of properties--in addition to being a very pleasant gentleman.

My husband and I started our home search in February of this year and ended it by mid-March! We couldn't have done it without Erin. She made herself available to us every weekend and even worked during her vacation to help us complete the process. Her communication with us and the listing agent was very thorough and open and it really helped speed up the process. Within two days, we toured the house that is now ours, submitted an offer for $50k under asking, had it accepted, and had the home inspection completed. Who knew finding THE HOUSE could be so easy. After moving from Chicago, we chose Kirk to help us find a home in Linden Hills---during the peak season in a highly competitive neighborhood.
