Who knew finding THE HOUSE could be so easy. After moving from Chicago, we chose Kirk to help us find a home in Linden Hills---during the peak season in a highly competitive neighborhood. We are so happy (and relieved!) we made this decision. Kirk has detailed knowledge of the market and schools, which helped us narrow our focus and refine our list of needs. So, we found a house we loved quickly, and Kirk was a persistent and skilled negotiator on our behalf---from the offer phase through inspection. Most importantly for me, Kirk represented us with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
