Tim is very good at assessing the condition of a house, and is not the kind of agent who glosses over problems just to get a sale. He is also very hard working and responsive, and understanding of buyers’ needs and concerns. Would highly recommend him to any prospective buyer.

Tim is an excellent realtor and made the house selling process as straightforward and successful as possible. He helped us buy and sell, but this review is focused on the sale of our house. This was our first time selling a house, and we were dreading the process, especially the preparations and the evaluation of (hopefully) multiple offers. Once we started the sale process, Tim walked us through all the what-if scenarios of the entire process, including prep, pre-inspection, listing, and talking through the key details that we'd look for in each offer. He suggested that we do a pre-inspection of the house, which initially seemed odd, but after discussing it a bit we thought it was a good idea. And it turns out it was a great idea, as it really enabled buyers to have confidence in the quality and lack-of-surprises in the home, enabling them to write higher offers and/or waive their inspection period. Our house received multiple offers above list price, including some with waived inspections, and we believe that was due to Tim's great suggestion to do a pre-inspection. Overall we had a good time working with Tim, he was very professional and is a reliable communicator.

Tim’s expertise and deep familiarity with all things Minneapolis helped us confidently land on the perfect home. Throughout the process, most of our communication was from 1200 miles away at our previous home, yet we felt continuously in the loop and taken care of. Tim put in the work early on in the process to gain our trust by understanding exactly what we were looking for, and from the beginning of the home search all the way to closing and connecting us to local services and businesses, he steered us in the right direction the whole way.

He advocated for seller financing, took care of all the details and made it a breeze. It almost felt like I didn’t buy a house at all. he was also very patient with me in the process of finding the right property.
