Tim is very good at assessing the condition of a house, and is not the kind of agent who glosses over problems just to get a sale. He is also very hard working and responsive, and understanding of buyers’ needs and concerns. Would highly recommend him to any prospective buyer.

Tim is an excellent realtor and made the house selling process as straightforward and successful as possible. He helped us buy and sell, but this review is focused on the sale of our house. This was our first time selling a house, and we were dreading the process, especially the preparations and the evaluation of (hopefully) multiple offers. Once we started the sale process, Tim walked us through all the what-if scenarios of the entire process, including prep, pre-inspection, listing, and talking through the key details that we'd look for in each offer. He suggested that we do a pre-inspection of the house, which initially seemed odd, but after discussing it a bit we thought it was a good idea. And it turns out it was a great idea, as it really enabled buyers to have confidence in the quality and lack-of-surprises in the home, enabling them to write higher offers and/or waive their inspection period. Our house received multiple offers above list price, including some with waived inspections, and we believe that was due to Tim's great suggestion to do a pre-inspection. Overall we had a good time working with Tim, he was very professional and is a reliable communicator.

Tim’s expertise and deep familiarity with all things Minneapolis helped us confidently land on the perfect home. Throughout the process, most of our communication was from 1200 miles away at our previous home, yet we felt continuously in the loop and taken care of. Tim put in the work early on in the process to gain our trust by understanding exactly what we were looking for, and from the beginning of the home search all the way to closing and connecting us to local services and businesses, he steered us in the right direction the whole way.

He advocated for seller financing, took care of all the details and made it a breeze. It almost felt like I didn’t buy a house at all. he was also very patient with me in the process of finding the right property.

We worked with Nic before and knew he would do a great job again selling our house. He knew our needs and worked hard to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. He is very knowledgeable and experienced so you can trust and rely on him. We could not have imagined things going any better. When searching for a new house Nic negotiated the best deal and ensured things moved forward quickly. Thank you Nic for all your great work!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend Nicholas Nicholas was great to work with during the sale of our home at 3349 South Irving Avenue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond whenever we had questions. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish, and we really appreciated his guidance and attention to detail throughout the sale and closing. I would absolutely recommend Nicholas to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks again for everything! — Chris D.

We had a great experience working with Jan. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and committed to finding us the perfect home. We would absolutely recommend Jan to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Jan was great to work with! Jan had previously spent time helping us purchase a new home and quickly transitioned to selling when we were ready. Understanding the difficulties in the market, Jan and Fazendin were helpful with marketing and communication with prospective buyers. Additionally, working with Jan as we went through contract terms and through closing was very helpful! Thanks Jan and Fazendin!

Jan was very personable and on top of things. Jan made sure everything was in line and we knew what we needed to do! She had to keep asking the buyer's agent for the proper documents to get the sale done on time, even when the agent was being slow to respond. Everything went smoothly!

I can’t speak highly enough about Blake. He is professional, knowledgeable, and strategic when it comes to getting a deal done. Throughout the sale of my condo, I felt well represented, informed, and supported every step of the way. I especially appreciated his creative, out-of-the-box thinking and deep understanding of the market and comparable sales. Most importantly, I never felt like just another client or transaction. Blake genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for me, and that level of personal attention made all the difference. I would highly recommend Blake to anyone looking for a trusted real estate professional.

Coming from a place and a state where I had very little knowledge of the market, Blake was incredibly knowledgable and was able to find exactly what I was looking for at the price point aimed for!
