Tim is an excellent realtor and made the house selling process as straightforward and successful as possible. He helped us buy and sell, but this review is focused on the sale of our house. This was our first time selling a house, and we were dreading the process, especially the preparations and the evaluation of (hopefully) multiple offers. Once we started the sale process, Tim walked us through all the what-if scenarios of the entire process, including prep, pre-inspection, listing, and talking through the key details that we'd look for in each offer. He suggested that we do a pre-inspection of the house, which initially seemed odd, but after discussing it a bit we thought it was a good idea. And it turns out it was a great idea, as it really enabled buyers to have confidence in the quality and lack-of-surprises in the home, enabling them to write higher offers and/or waive their inspection period. Our house received multiple offers above list price, including some with waived inspections, and we believe that was due to Tim's great suggestion to do a pre-inspection. Overall we had a good time working with Tim, he was very professional and is a reliable communicator.

He was a fabulous communicator and always answered my calls right away or got back to me within minutes. He was a patient listener and took my concerns into consideration and was an overall great partner in the process. I'd buy my next house though him!
