I was kind of all over the board as to what I was looking for - everything from acreage outside the city to a condo in the city. Sarah went to great lengths (literally) to show me many properties. She does her research and knows the market extremely well. I ultimately settled on a condo and she handled all the negotiating and transactional stuff expertly. I have 100% faith in her representing me. Definitely recommend to new or experienced buyers and sellers.

Robin Sook was the right person for us! She was open to how we wanted put our home on the market to sell. She was very patient to help us move through this difficult time when it was a difficult decision. She gave us her advice where the market to sell was but respected our approach every inch of the way, We valued this highly! There is so much to say how much she helped us through all the documents and always answered our calls and txts promptly. We highly recommend her !

I haven't sold a house for 47-years so I was so glad I met Scott. He guided me through the process from start to "SOLD". Scott was great at offering suggestions and advice on improvements I could make to make the house show ready and they worked. Once the house was ready to show it sold in less than 48-hours. The inspection and Assessment also went smoothly. My closing and the buyers closing were also seamless with no issues at either one. I would highly recommend Scott Stevenson if you are looking for a Realtor. I can't speak highly enough of him.
