I was kind of all over the board as to what I was looking for - everything from acreage outside the city to a condo in the city. Sarah went to great lengths (literally) to show me many properties. I haven't sold a house for 47-years so I was so glad I met Scott. He guided me through the process from start to "SOLD". Scott was great at offering suggestions and advice on improvements I could make to make the house show ready and they worked. Once the house was ready to show it sold in less than 48-hours. The inspection and Assessment also went smoothly. My closing and the buyers closing were also seamless with no issues at either one.
