She worked around our busy schedules, was patient with our specific requests, and guided us through a process we didn't know much about - always answering our questions even if they required research. Scott was incredibly helpful when we were moving into the MPLS area from out of state. He provided a portal for us to mark up houses we wanted to see and spent several days with us viewing homes and giving us details about our areas of interest. Cam was incredible to work with in our home buying journey. We were moving from Missouri to the Twin Cities, and as soon as we connected with Cam (prior to making the move to MN), he would proactively reach out to us to check-in and see how he could help in our transition. He set us up in an online portal that would send us daily updates on new listings in the area of houses that met our criteria. As soon as we moved to the Twin Cities (we lived with my parents for a little while), he was so helpful and prompt in setting up viewings. At the start of every viewing day he gave us printouts of the stats of the homes we would be visiting. He always responded to emails, calls and texts very promptly. He really made us feel like we were his only client (even though we know we weren't!). We were buying in the crazy summer 2016 market where if you saw a house you liked, you had to jump on it, and there were many times we would see a house, and immediately call Cam to see if we could get into view it and he would set it up for us immediately. We were also impressed with his knowledge of the homebuying process and things to look for in a house. A couple of time he caught things in homes that we didn't or wouldn't have thought to look for. Cam was always also always quick to follow-up on questions we had. We also NEVER felt pressured to buy a house or act faster than we wanted. He really wanted us to find the perfect house for our family. We never felt rushed. When we did find the perfect house, he was extremely knowledgeable with how the process worked in terms of making an offer, and then the steps to take after the offer was accepted. He walked us through everything and was always available to answer questions. We really enjoyed working with Cam and will recommend him to all our friends and family!

This was my first time purchasing a home. Ryan was very patient with me, and was able to explain things to me in a way that was easy to explain. For some of the search I was living out of state. Ryan went above and beyond and showed me many properties via FaceTime. He also gave me solid advice on everything concerning the purchase including my mortgage. I already had a mortgage approval before I started working with Ryan. However, I soon ran into some significant issues with that lender. Ryan suggested I try a mortgage broker with whom he has worked many times. That broker was able to close my loan in record time.

Ryan was extremely professional and supportive throughout my condo sale. I live out of state so needed someone trustworthy who could manage all details locally. He was excellent in all areas. Ryan not only sold my condo in 3 weeks and negotiated good price, but he managed the process while staying in constant contact. I had a long close due to renters and he helped me with everything; including, involving my renters for several months after the purchase agreement. It's hard to find a real estate agent who responds quickly and can keep the details of your specific deal straight from other clients. This was not an issue with Ryan and he was always there any time I had a question; even when on vacation. He was so great I recommended him to two different friends while going through my sale. I highly recommend him as an agent. Exceptional customer service!!

Though Beth is an incredibly seasoned realtor with vast knowledge, she is willing to work with all kinds of clients, including first-time home buyers. That's what we were when we first worked with her. When we began working with her, we were nervous and quite ignorant about home buying. Beth was so patient with us and went to great lengths to educate us and make us feel comfortable. She was also extremely proactive, making herself available to us at our convenience. She is so knowlegeable about Minneapolis real estate and neighborhoods. She also took great care to learn about our wants and needs in order to place us in a home that was a wonderful fit for us.
