Tim is an excellent realtor and made the house selling process as straightforward and successful as possible. He helped us buy and sell, but this review is focused on the sale of our house. This was our first time selling a house, and we were dreading the process, especially the preparations and the evaluation of (hopefully) multiple offers. Once we started the sale process, Tim walked us through all the what-if scenarios of the entire process, including prep, pre-inspection, listing, and talking through the key details that we'd look for in each offer. He suggested that we do a pre-inspection of the house, which initially seemed odd, but after discussing it a bit we thought it was a good idea. And it turns out it was a great idea, as it really enabled buyers to have confidence in the quality and lack-of-surprises in the home, enabling them to write higher offers and/or waive their inspection period. Our house received multiple offers above list price, including some with waived inspections, and we believe that was due to Tim's great suggestion to do a pre-inspection. Overall we had a good time working with Tim, he was very professional and is a reliable communicator.

Christy is experienced and very knowledgeable. She has an amazing team of people working with her. I can say she truly has your back in every way. Anyone fortunate enough to work with her shall not be disappointed!

Tim took the time to explain in great detail the entire process and procedure it takes to buy and sell a home (something we didn't realize we needed)! He was open to answering all of our questions which gave us confidence to purchase our new home with no concerns, unlike our previous home buying experience. Tim goes above and beyond and cleverly markets your property. His indepth pricing analysis led to a pricing strategy where I closed at a higher price than I thought I would. Additionally he is extremely communicative and responsive. He also is tech savvy which leads to the best communication and transparency I've had with an agent.

It was wonderful to work with these two knowledgeable agents. They've been in real estate for many years and they have kept up with the twin cities market. We always felt like they could give us a reasonable answer and some insight while we were evaluating homes. They were timely in communicating and always quick to offer support when needed.
