Before every single showing, he would create a personalized video going through the online listing, breaking down potential red flags and important details before we even stepped foot in the house. As someone who had no idea what to look for and someone who operates on a busy schedule, this was incredibly helpful. It saved me so much time by allowing us to rule out houses that weren't a good fit before scheduling a showing. He also would take the time to see the house himself if I went to an open house and wanted to put in an offer. Overall, I felt completely supported and confident working with Tim. Tim is a true jack of all trades when it comes to knowledge. His estimated value on the house was shockingly similar to the appraisal, he is well-versed in home repairs, and he was able to get me in contact with high-quality, trusted contractors. Tim's attention to detail, proactive approach, personable demeanor, and genuine care made all the difference. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
