Born and raised in the Twin Cities, Heather Grant brings a deep understanding of the metro area and its unique neighborhoods to her work in real estate. Heather graduated from Breck School and continued her education at the University of Iowa, earning a double major in Communications and Art. Her studies took her abroad for a year to Florence, Italy, where her love for architecture, art, food, and travel began and continue to inspire her today.
Heather began her career in public relations and special events before transitioning into advertising, where she spent over 15 years as a designer and art director. After welcoming her first child, Heather and her husband Johnny, relocated from Scottsdale, Arizona, to Denver, Colorado, where she embraced her role as a mother while continuing freelance design work. When the opportunity arose to return to Minnesota, the Grants eagerly settled in the Wayzata area, where they now raise their two children, Sophia and Sammy.
