Heather went above and beyond when it came to marketing our home. She did many different types of marketing and refreshed the MLS photos regularly, adding twilight shots and spring versus older winter photos. She took videos and added local interest spots to the videos like the pizza place down the road to entice families to the property. We were always informed of showings and open houses with plenty of advanced notice. She made sure someone was able to get the lights all on, security system off and last minute clearing of the countertops.
