Accomplished the Impossible

Our family had vacant former orange grove land that had been in the family for generations. We were willing to sell for many years, but even with interest, offers and even signed contracts, no buyer was able to close the deal. I am a bit stunned and very pleased to say Maria was able to navigate many moving parts and actually got our vacant land sold and CLOSED! Maria managed many moving parts working with the buyers and adjacent parcel owners to pull off a successful deal for all. We are pleased to move on from land we were not putting to use and excited to see how this land is developed locally. Thanks for accomplishing the impossible!
